A note on insurance: direct primary care isn't health insurance, and it doesn't replace it. Most members pair their membership with an insurance plan for emergencies, hospital care, and specialists, while getting their everyday care here, without the hassle.

$99 / month

Ages 19 and up.

Children

Child membership

$50 / month

Per child, ages 5 to 18

A child membership requires an enrolled adult in the same household.

One time enrollment fee of $65 to cover upfront onboarding costs.
Standard adult rate is $125 per month. Enroll in the first three months and pay $99 per month. Offer ends 12/31/2026.
Everything in the membership list above is covered by the monthly fee.
